Formed by the Project for Public Spaces, the Placemaking Leadership Council (PLC) is a group of do-ers and deep thinkers at the forefront of the Placemaking movement. The council was formed to strengthen Placemaking as an international movement and to support a common practice for Placemakers working in many diverse contexts.
